Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are as follows (international shipping as well):

• 1 t-shirt: $6.00 USD
• 2 t-shirts: $8.50 USD
• 3 t-shirts: $10.00 USD
• 4+ t-shirts: $15.00 USD

Shipping Times

Typically shirts are mailed out the next day (excluding weekends). Shipping times are:

United States: 4-9 Business Days
Canada: 2-9 Business Days
International: 6-12 Business Days

Shipping Policy

Please note: Due to things beyond our control (mail system, border delays) sometimes it takes up to 4 weeks to receive your t-shirt(s).

Paying For Your T-Shirts

We accept the following forms of payment: Pay Pal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express.

Please note: You do not need to have a paypal account to buy from us: after you have clicked "Proceed to checkout" click "Don't have a paypal account? Click Here". You will NOT be asked to sign up for paypal, you can simply pay by credit card.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We will allow an exchange or refund if the item received is not what the customer ordered, or if the item has been damaged in transit. We will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is what you ordered but made a mistake with the size, please email us at info@yellowbirdproject.com and we will send you the return procedure. We do not allow refunds, only returns.
